pp

Polypropylene (PP)

Polypropylene PP shows a high mechanical and tensile strength, but a low notch impact strength. PP resists stress cracking and it is easy to weld. At minus temperatures it can become brittle. The chemical and electrical properties are very good. The continous operating temperatures ranges between +5 ° C and  +100 ° C. PP round rods and sheets in natural and grey colour comply with the food contact regulations according to 10/2011/EC.
