Glass cloth laminate
Glass cloth based laminate is a layered material obtained by hot pressing of glass fabrics impregnated with a thermosetting adhesive based on epoxy and phenol-formaldehyde resin. Glass cloth based laminate is used for mechanical, electrical and electronic applications. It is characterized by extremely high mechanical strength at moderate temperature and very good stability of electrical properties in high humidity.
