Glass cloth based laminate is the electro-technical laminar material, obtained by the method of hot pressing of glass fabrics, which are soaked by thermoreactive bond on the base of phenol-formaldehyde resins (KAST) or combining by epoxy and phenol-formaldehyde resins (STEF).

Long-term safe work temperature is up to +250°C, short-term - up to +750°C. 

APPLICATION


It is used in production of the details of radio-technical and electrotechnical designation.

FEATURES

 

High mechanical strength;
Electrical stability;
It is used for operation in air in the conditions of relative humidity at the (15-35)° C 45-75 % and tension 1000 V, current frequency 50Hz high humidity 40 at the (93+2)% temperature (40+2)° C at the tension to 1000V and current frequency 50 Hz;
Heat-resistance is up to +155°C.

APPLICATION


When processed mechanically, it is used in electrical machines in a form of wedges for grooving isolation of the machines’ stator sheathings of alternating current, for the generator’s rotor sheathings and asynchronous motors, and also for the armature windings of the constant current machines.
